To Insert a Part into Trench

The Insert Trench Part function enables you to insert a component from the catalog into an existing trench segment by cutting an existing trench and inserting the part.

Select an existing trench segment in the drawing.
Select Insert Trench Part from the Underground System ribbon. The Part Selection dialog displays.
Select the part to insert.
Change the Parameter values of selected part.
Use the Cursor Position option to change the selection point of the part.
Use the Flip option to rotate 180 deg.
Enter the coordinates for the insertion point, or pick a point in the drawing.
Right-click to end the command.
